Fusion World Food Cafe - Durban

Me and my husband were visiting Durban a couple of weeks ago...and we had the most delectable dining experience!!! I Googled places to stay and eat before we left....and found some very good reviews about a small restaurant called 'Fusion World Food Cafe'.
As I was reading through their menu -while wiping saliva from my keyboard - I knew we had to make reservations!

It was more than what was promised on the www! We had starters followed by their famous Seared "Dishwasher" fillet - covered in a Mexican chilly chocolate sauce! The fillet is roasted for 4 hours at 48C in a dishwasher! They also have an 16-hour, electric blanket cooked lamb shank and last, but not least, nitrogen frozen ice-cream! The ice-cream is made at your table in 30sec! Because it freezes so quickly, it has little crystals and the texture is SUpers smooth!

You can view their whole menu: http://www.ilovetodine.co.za/fusion-world-food-cafe/menu/86/

They also have a special now:

Sesame & Chilli crusted seared Tuna
on Asian Greens and Gnocchi
with a Thai coconut, lime and lemongrass sauce
and
Slow-cooked Springbok shanks
with soft polenta and season veg
We also have fresh Kabeljou (Cob) in as our line fish

Be sure not to miss it!! Join them on FB or contact them at:
